Comfortable weekly and monthly accommodation 10 to 15 minutes from the Tsuneishi and Austal shipyards and five minutes from the town center. Lower nightly rates the longer you stay.
Rates for longer stays
The nightly rate drops from 7 nights and drops again from 28 nights: 10% and 13% on the house, 7% and 10% on the condo and the Apartelle rooms. These are our direct rates, below the booking sites.

Built for working stays
Balamban is the shipbuilding capital of the Philippines, and most of our longer guests are here for work: engineers and delegates at the Tsuneishi and Austal shipyards, nurses and doctors on assignment, and project teams who need a quiet place that feels like home for a few weeks.
Pick a private room at the Apartelle for a solo stay, the condo for a couple or two colleagues who want their own kitchen, or the whole house for a family or a small team.

We confirm first, then arrange payment directly with you by GCash, bank deposit or Revolut. No online booking fee, no prepayment to a third party.

Settle in
Elvie and the team are on site in Balamban. Message when you are on the way and someone will meet you, even for late arrivals.
